Wine and Civil Immunity

What do wine and civil immunity have in common?
Contempt for the legislative and democratic process.

While the title of this website is Frosh Watch, I'm taking a page from another Senator to write this bulletin. Senator Joanne Carter Conway is preparing to desk drawer veto a bill which would allow home delivery of wine. Over 2/3rds of US states allow home delivery of wine, a majority of her committee and Senate would vote for this bill, and overwhelming public sentiment is in favor of it. Despite all this, she is standing in opposition. She is placing her will above the will of those elected, just as Brian Frosh does when he desk drawer vetoes bills. I post this because I want people to see the threat to democracy in Annapolis isn't just an issue that comes up when civil immunity bills are proposed. We must send a clear message to Annapolis that desk drawer vetoes and Democratic hubris must stop.

Legislative Alert SB645

We have a legislative alert for everyone who values freedom in Maryland.

Brian Frosh has sponsored SB645. This bill would fundamentally change gun ownership laws for regular citizens, but would do nothing to stop criminals because they don't obey the law to begin with.

I have created an entire section on this website to provide unbiased information about the proposed bill, and to give you some thinking points when you decide if you support this bill or not.
