Q: Why did I start this website?
A: I started this website for many reasons. The main reason is that the
law is paramount. No one representative should be able to deny the will
of the people. The power to overturn laws is specifically limited to the
Court system, where judges are appointed for life, and are free of
political influence. I want to show people that the system isn't
working, and work to ensure that these bills receive a fair hearing.
I also started this website, because of a simple quote:
"Man Has Only Those Rights He Can Defend."
Q: Who Am I?
A: See About Me
Q: Isn't this just gun owner's ranting?
A: No, it's absolutely not. It's about the big picture. Yes, in
this specific case, the issues in question relate to gun ownership, but
the big picture is this: One man is exercising so much power that he is
able to prevent bills from being voted on, which is exactly what
Democracy is designed to prevent.
So Yes, today it may be about guns, but tomorrow it might be about
something that hits closer to home.
As a Jewish defense lawyer said when asked why he defended a Nazi: "If I
don't defend his right to speech, who will defend my right to life?"
Q: Is this legal?
A: I believe so. This is nothing more than an exercise of my
1st amendment right to freedom of speech and to petition the government.
